Stephen has more than three years of experience in administrative positions. He is a coordinator at Home Caterers. Stephen focuses on creating opportunities in home management, from catering to housekeeping. Previously, he has worked with hotels and a logistics company. Stephen earned a diploma in hospitality management from Zetech University. He is motivated to meet people of diverse backgrounds and from different professional fields and share ideas and experiences in their professional and personal developmental journeys. After completing the Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders, Stephen intends to apply his new skills to his current position. He also plans to assume a leadership position in his community in Kenya, which he feels has a dire need for mentorship in agriculture and can thrive with training and materials. Stephen hopes to see a return to school for children who have been unable to attain education because of a lack of funds.
