Its services include hydroponic system design, installation supply and maintenance, and consulting. She is also passionate about youth empowerment and development, and she encourages Batswana youth to pursue hydroponic farming through her free youth business consultancy program, which assists them with business plan development as well as grant applications.
Manne has a bachelor's degree in social sciences, specializing in economics and public administration.
