Ngoni is a credit analyst for the development bank  CEDA in Botswana. The main focus of CEDA is finding small and medium enterprises in Botswana to better the lives of Botswana and tackling unemployment in the process. Ngoni is founder of She For Him Association that is primarily focused on solving socio-economic problems and building sustainability to tackle mental health.
