Paula Teodosia Ondo Anutu has more than seven years of experience in the oil and gas sector. Currently, Ondo is supply chain associate at Trident Energy Equatorial Guinea, where she coordinates new vendor engagement, sets up processes, and manages and updates local content initiatives within the supply chain department. Ondo holds a technical diploma in mechanical, process, electrical, and instrumentation and an associate’s degree in business administration and management. She is dedicated to promoting entrepreneurship among young people, especially young women in Equatorial Guinea. After completing the Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders, Ondo plans to organize workshops, coordinate training, and create networks between female entrepreneurs.
