Mfontoh Shu is a born negotiator/kingdom-driven business and agricultural enthusiast. His combined exposure to setbacks in the business and agricultural value chain, drawn from his work with Ashoka and World Bank Agricultural Market and Investment Project-CMR, respectively, inspired the creation of ThinkFast BC, a firm out to unlock African Agri-Business potential. In 2017, he was chosen as one of the100 most inspiring Cameroonians by Inspire Magazine and YES Cameroon. In 2018, He joined the United Nation’s UNLEASH program in Singapore in developing solutions in the fight against Hunger (UN Sustainable Development Goal 2). Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship, Mfontoh plans to channel efforts towards “Integrating Tech in the development of Sustainable Brown Collar Jobs in Cameroon” and utilize the triple bottom line model to assist youth-led micro-enterprises in the crisis plagued North West Region of Cameroon.
