Guzulaityte started at Iowa JPEC in July of 2024, where she comes from a diverse background spanning healthcare, journalism, and corporate communications. Her seven years in the medical field, working across hospitals, private practices, and the British government equipped her with a strong foundation in project and operations management within the MedTech sector and beyond.

A native of Lithuania, Guzulaityte's journalistic, marketing, and communications experience ignited her passion for storytelling and building connections. This led to a successful career in project and operations, where she collaborated with global teams across industries such as oil and gas, logistics, local government, and academia.
