Central African Republic
Namkoisse is a computer engineer with more than three years of experience in information technology. Namkoisse is currently founder and chief executive officer at Information Technology Training Center Centrafrique, where he empowers young people with practical skills through vocational trainings in information and communications technology (ICT). The center also offers quality ICT services and technological solutions to institutions and individuals through consulting. As an agent of change, Namkoisse volunteers his time and resources to helping people through education, sports, and youth mentorship. He worked with Developing Unity Nurturing Knowledge, a youth-led, community-based, non-governmental organization that creates safe spaces for at-risk women and children living in the most deprived communities of Accra through sports (basketball), after-school support, and life skills and vocational training. After completing the Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders, Namkoisse plans to expand his business by creating information technology centers across Bangui, founding a vocational college, and developing an ICT industry in the Central African Republic that is capable of offering good-quality services and materials locally.
