Ndagou Ndiaye

Ndiaye is a food entrepreneur and founder of Little Things that focuses on creating recipes with Senegalese local products as well as food photography and food stylism. She has written Njogonal Cookbook in 2022, which contains many of the snacks Senegalese ate when they were young. Ndiaye holds a bachelor's degree in chemical and agrofood industries and is pursuing a master's degree in nutrition. She enjoys cooking and food photography, and is passionate about improving the photography quality of food advertising in Senegal. Ndiaye also wants to influence communities by raising awareness about the benefits of healthy diets. After completing the Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders, Ndiaye plans to change the eating habits of her community by raising awareness and creating activities and programs about how healthy food can reduce food-related diseases, such as cardiovascular diseases, cancers, and malnutrition, and to promote the use of nutritious local products.
