Kebe has more than nine years of experience in recruitment, career coaching, and talent management. Kebe is senior recruiter at AMS, where he focuses on sourcing and recruiting technical, scientific, and medical profiles. Kebe is also founder of Splash Guy Recruitment, which helps companies in their sourcing and recruitment of technical profiles. In doing so, Splash Guy Recruitment helps create jobs in Mauritania to fight against illegal immigration. Kebe has a degree in human resources. He has written a book titled Think Like Recruiters to help job-seekers find their way and integrate into the workforce. After completing the Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders, Kebe plans to concentrate on developing his company, Splash Guy Recruitment, to allow young Mauritanians to work remotely with companies around the world, expanding their opportunities beyond Mauritania.
