Donkor-Hyiaman is an economist with 10 years of experience in education and real estate investment consulting. Currently, Donkor-Hyiaman is assistant professor and 2021 recipient of the Most Promising Senior Member (Academic) Award at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. There he teaches students and real estate professionals how to make sustainable real estate investment decisions. He also founded the Sustainability Leadership Club, which transforms students into sustainability leaders by developing their entrepreneurial and employability skills. Donkor-Hyiaman co-founded and manages PropIntel Limited, a property investment advisory company, and has consulted with investors, the Ghanaian government, international development organizations, and professional associations. He has honed his skills in investment valuation and appraisal of infrastructure and capital projects, financial modeling, feasibility studies, quantitative research and market analysis, design for sustainability, project management, collaboration, and monitoring and evaluation. Donkor-Hyiaman is a Commonwealth Scholar and holds a doctorate in real estate finance and economics, a master of philosophy in planning growth and regeneration, and a first-class degree in land economy. After completing the Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders, he plans to establish more Sustainability Leadership Clubs in universities and senior high schools in Ghana.
