Mokgethi is a visionary and thought leader with more than six years of experience in entrepreneurship. Currently, Mokgethi is managing director at Van De Carter, a real estate agency based in Gaborone, where she focuses on property sales, lettings, and investment consultancy. Mokgethi is also founder of Market Players, an entrepreneurship development nonprofit working to improve the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises in Botswana. Mokgethi is a certified social innovator and an accredited real estate practitioner, whose aim is to implement empirical solutions that will alleviate unemployment and generational cycles of poverty across Africa. After completing the Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders, Mokgethi plans to build a world-class entrepreneurship hub in Gaborone.
