Redd is a manager at Kpatawee Waterfalls Argo Eco Tourism, where he oversees marketing and activities. He also co-founded Classic Cane, a natural beverage, and has worked as the communication and corporate affairs manager at Classic Cane for many years. 

Redd has a master's degree in marketing. He is motivated to promote Liberia's beautiful landscape and the country as a whole. After completing the Mandela Washington Fellowship, Redd intends to return and help his local community by providing a better livelihood and sustainability.
