dos Santos is the founder and CEO of a software development organization, where he focuses on providing innovative solutions to clients in a variety of industries. He is passionate about business and entrepreneurship, which inspired him to establish the 42 Code School, an organization dedicated to teaching programming skills to individuals from Luanda's marginalized communities.  

dos Santos is committed to using his expertise to impact society by closing the digital divide and generating opportunities for underserved populations. After completing the Mandela Washington Fellowship, dos Santos intends to broaden the scope of his activities, fostering technical literacy and entrepreneurship in Angola and beyond, ultimately contributing to larger-scale socioeconomic growth and empowerment.
