Nyalile is a creative entrepreneur and co-founder of A.LE & TOM Natural Products, a premium honey brand. With a background in law and experience as a conflict mediator for small-scale farmers and pastoralist communities, Nyalile saw firsthand the economic disparity between producers and buyers. Determined to make a difference, he pivoted into beekeeping and launched A.LE & TOM Honey in early 2021. Sourced sustainably from small-scale beekeepers in Tanzania, A.LE & TOM Honey is enjoyed by customers worldwide. Through his work with A.LE & TOM, Nyalile bridges the economic gap for small-scale honey producers while delivering a product that meets the highest standards of quality. After completing the Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders, Nyalile plans to use his new skills and knowledge to expand and grow his company to help more people in his community.
