The Ideation Stage is where you'll discover whether it's worth solving. Through a flipped-classroom model, you'll complete self-paced lessons on your own schedule, then bring your ideas to Open Coach Hours for feedback, coaching, and accountability.
What You'll Build
You'll progress through two complementary learning experiences:
Build Your Foundation
Business Fundamentals — Complete a series of self-paced modules that establish a common language and understanding of entrepreneurship before applying those concepts to your own venture.
Apply What You Learn
Idea Clarity Lab — Define what you're building and why it matters.
Problem Validation Lab — Determine whether you're solving a meaningful problem.
Market Research Lab — Discover whether real customers agree.
Each lab builds on the last. As you complete each milestone, a coach reviews your work before unlocking the next, ensuring you're always building on a solid foundation.
Open Coach Hours
Learning happens online. Growth happens in conversation.
Bring your work, ask questions, test your assumptions, and receive feedback from experienced coaches and fellow founders. While attendance is optional, Open Coach Hours are where many founders gain the clarity and confidence to keep moving forward.
