Westercamp manages Iowa Venture Mentoring Service, a sister program based on the world-renowned MIT Venture Mentoring Service model. Iowa Venture Mentoring Service links entrepreneurial ventures with experienced mentors to support entrepreneurs. Westercamp also supports business consulting, Iowa Enterprise Internships, other Iowa JPEC mentoring programs, and departmental reporting. Westercamp is a native Iowan and enjoys being active in her community by volunteering and serving on boards.
