HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS

HOW TO APPLY & GET ACCEPTED

•    How AI could improve efficiency, customer experience, or growth in your business
•    The AI, data, or analytics challenge or opportunity you want to explore
•    Your current level of technology maturity

Clear, well-defined use cases will strengthen your application.

Applications are reviewed jointly by the partners and sponsors. A limited number of companies will be selected to participate in two in-person on-site deep-dive sessions over the course of three days (Monday-Wednesday, Feb. 16-18).

Selected finalists receive a detailed preparation guide including:
•    Event agenda and exact session times
•    Evaluation criteria and expectations
•    Preparation suggestions
•    NDA, logistics, and submission details

MEETING 1
ON-SITE AI DEEP DIVES

1:1 Technical Discovery Sessions
Each selected company participates in a 60-minute private working session under NDA with AWS and PREDICTif technical experts.

This is not a pitch; it is a focused discovery conversation. You are encouraged to bring all relevant materials, including but not limited to (not printed):

•    An overview of your AI, data, or analytics idea and why it matters to your business
•    Current systems or architecture (if applicable)
•    Data sources, workflows, or process context
•    Business requirements, constraints, and goals
•    Any early designs or thinking (Figma designs, wireframes, architecture diagrams, etc.)

Questions to consider beforehand:
•    What problem are you trying to solve, and why is it worth solving now?
•    What data does your business have today, and where does it live?
•    Where could AI or analytics create the most business impact—growth, efficiency, decision-making, or customer experience?
•    What would success look like in the next 6–12 months if this idea moved forward?

The objective is to deeply understand your business and define what a real solution could look like, and to articulate how you would improve your company utilizing AI and Analytics.

MEETING 2
ON-SITE NEXT STEPS & AWARDS

Following Day 1 meetings, the PREDICTif and AWS teams will work overnight to shape practical solutions and outline clear next steps for each company. This compressed process replaces weeks of back-and-forth with a fast, thoughtful review designed to move projects forward efficiently.

Each company returns for a second, focused 20–30 minute session to:
•    See how their idea takes shape and what it could realistically become
•    Walk through clear options for moving forward, with tradeoffs explained in plain language
•    Understand what it would take to bring the solution to life and how fast it could happen
•    Decide next steps with confidence, whether that’s moving ahead now or leaving with a clear plan
•    Potentially receive a services award up to $50,000
