Ten businesses associated with the University of Iowa John Pappajohn Entrepreneurial Center (Iowa JPEC) are finalists in nine categories for 2022 Prometheus Awards presented by UHY. Winners will be announced Nov. 3 at Community Choice Credit Union Convention Center in Des Moines, Iowa.
The Prometheus Awards unite investors and leaders from technology, business, education, and government to celebrate the year’s most momentous achievements.
Three Iowa JPEC businesses are among the five finalists in three categories: Startup Technology Company of the Year, Software Development Technology Company of the Year, and Agtech and BioTech Company of the Year.
Here are the Iowa JPEC finalists:
Startup Technology Company of the Year: Distynct, LSF Medical Solutions, S5G Therapeutics Inc.
IT Service Provider Technology Company of the Year: ProCircular.
Software Development Technology Company of the Year: Continuum Ag, Open Loop, SwineTech.
Agtech and BioTech Company of the Year: Distynct, FBB Biomed, SwineTech.
FinTech and InsurTech Company of the Year: STRATAFOLIO.
Creative Technology Solution of the Year: MobileDemand.
Best Technology Company Culture: OpenLoop.
CEO of the Year: Aaron Warner, ProCircular.
Small/Medium Iowa Technology Company of the Year: ProCircular, STRATAFOLIO.
