A native of Iowa City, Iowa, Goss earned an associate of arts degree from Kirkwood Community College in 2018 and a bachelor of business administration in marketing (concentration in analytics) from the University of Iowa in 2019.

In her role with Iowa JPEC, Goss leads its alumni relations and engagement efforts and supports private fundraising activities. Prior to joining Iowa JPEC, Goss was an academic clinical program management services associate in genetics and immunology in the University of Iowa Graduate College.
