As event coordinator for Iowa JPEC, Finlayson oversees and plans all of our student events and competitions. Finlayson owns Luxe Interiors, a full service interior design and event studio in Iowa City since 2011, and Harvest Oil and Vinegar. She brings nearly 30 years of event planning experience to her role, including having worked at the Mansion in Iowa City for 22 years. Finlayson lives in Iowa City with her husband, Mike, and daughter Gabby.
